University Events (Localist) turned off

Bottom Line Up Front: 

• The events.wfu.edu website is still functioning properly.
• We have disabled our University Events (Localist) plugin until further notice. The University Events integration on your web site will appear blank until this is resolved.
• We are working with Localist to resolve the issue. 

More Information Than You Need:

This afternoon at 3:00 p.m. we experienced a WordPress outage that lasted approximately 45 minutes. This error occurred due to an issue with our third-party University Events provider, Localist. The issue is on their end and we are working with their support to resolve this issue.

To resolve this issue, we temporarily turned off the University Events integrations with our WordPress websites. The University Events integration on your web site will appear blank until this is resolved.

The events.wfu.edu site is still working properly. Events can be created and registered for on the events website. Again, this only affects our ability to pull custom feeds in dynamically to your website.
