Pre-Production Refresh

We will be refreshing our PPRD database with the latest production data in mid-to-late May. This means that we will overwrite the PPRD version of your site with the content from your live site. If you are still working on an unlauched site on PPRD, then contact us and we will restore your work after the update. 

Please note that this is only for sites with unsaved work on PPRD. If you had previously worked on PPRD during the Gutenberg migration and your site has successfully launched, then this refresh will not affect you. 

This refresh will bring our PPRD environment up-to-date with production to ensure that code changes are accurately developed and tested before they are released.
