Blog Options

This WordPress theme has Blog Options, you can add an image to the top of your Blog Archive Page, display the featured image, date, author or categories and add additional content in the blog archive sidebar. It can be accessed in the back-end WordPress dashboard sidebar by clicking Site Options, then choosing the Blog Options tab under “Site Options”.

The About Blog Title field displays the blog sidebar content title, About Blog Content field is a text box where you can add the rest of your blog sidebar content. If these fields are blank then this additional box won’t be displayed, only the default “Archives” sidebar will show.

The Show/Hide options will allow you to display the Date, Author or Categories for either your Blog Archive Page or all your Blog Posts. You can make changes to how the author’s name is displayed in the user’s Profile Settings.

The Show/Hide option for the Sidebar will set a global default for whether or not the sidebar will be visible on blog posts. If the sidebar is hidden, users can take advantage of a wider page width. The setting can be adjusted on each individual blog post via a sidebar visibility selector on the post page.

Show/hide post images on blog archive will allow any featured images you’ve set in the blog post to be displayed on the Blog Archive Page as a small image to the left of the post excerpt.

Branded Blog Banner Image is can display an image at the top of your blog archive page.

Once you have completed your desired changes click “Update” in the top right corner of this page.
